Two-storey house in Abades, near the beach. In the first floor is the living room, fully furnished and with a window to the outside. It is a very bright room and it receives direct sunlight for most of the day. It also has a door that leads directly to the terrace. Also on this floor is the kitchen, furnished with wooden furniture and equipped with necessary appliances. There is also a storage room.

Access to the second floor is via stairs with wooden handrail. On this floor of the house are 3 bedrooms, fully furnished. The bedrooms all have a window to the outside. The master bedroom has a balcony and views are to the mountain.

In total the house has two bathrooms, one on each floor. There is also a parking space, terrace and small garden. The area is very quiet with little vehicle traffic.

Location & surrounding area:
Arico lies on the southern coast of Tenerife in a central location. There is quick access to both the tourist attractions of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje, and to the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife and La Laguna. The South Airport Reina Sofia is less than 15 minutes away. These advantages are combined with a very sunny and quiet situation. Holiday areas with apartments and houses are in particular Abades and Poris de Abona.

Abades, since 1988 supplied with its own highway ramp, has two sandy beaches. The protected location, easy accessibility and showers ensure pleasant bathing, swimming and snorkeling. In Abades there are also a diving base and tennis and basketball courts. Furthermore shops, bars and restaurants are located near the beach.

The fishing village Poris de Abona has a small beach and is impressive especially through the port with its promenade and good fish restaurants.

The village Arico itself offers, with its many typical, some historically significant Canary houses and the Iglesia de San Juan Bautista, a cozy atmosphere. In the neighborhood there are hiking and walking trails, both in the direction of the mountains and on the coast, where the lighthouse at Punta de Abona marks a special point of contact.
