Buenavista del Norte: Large finca with pool in first sea line

This generous property offers lots of space and tranquility in a picturesque landscape directly on the Atlantic coast of Buenavista del Norte in the west of Tenerife. It is suitable for demanding enthusiasts of a own banana plantation and for golfers who want to know one of the best and most famous golf courses of europe in their vicinity. Great places to watch what happens on the golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, are the balcony and the roof terrace, with the silhouette of the town and the Teno Mountains in the background as a nice addition to the sea view from the front line along the coast.

The approximately 562 m² villa offers on the lower floor a very large lounge with dining area and an affiliated open kitchen. Next to the house entrance is a double garage. On the top floor there is another large living room, from which one can enjoy the views to the Atlantic in particular. This is also true for the long balcony running around the building and the roof terrace, which gives this typical country house a special atmosphere. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi, give the Villa additional comfort. For a solar water heating the installations are prepared.

The garden of the property contains a large and deep swimming pool and a building in a corner of the garden, which is dedicated to the barbecue experience. At the approach to the house site a separate 100 m² large building with its own driveway has space for six vehicles and other gear. Because of the size here, other uses are imaginable as well.

The plantation is irrigated automatically. A large water tank is located in the upper area. Own water rights exist for 581 pipas a year (1 pipa = 480 liters), another about 500 pipas currently are bought per year.

Buena Vista del Norte is located in the northwest of Tenerife. This town still has a beautiful old center and you can shop while strolling in its streets and enjoy original culture in bars or restaurants.

Buena Vista del Norte had been spared from mass tourism, so that one finds no large hotels. It is still an important agricultural area, in particular banana plantations extend out on a large plain .

A popular destination is Punta de Teno, with its lighthouse. There are small sandy beaches and rocky coves, which invite you to sunbathing, snorkel or to swim. By projecting into the sea this strip of land offers an impressive panorama, in the form of the Los Gigantes, which form up to 638 meters high cliffs, one of the most imposing cliffs of the earth.

No less impressively are walks in the mountains of Teno, of which the Los Gigantes build the boundary to the Atlantic Ocean. This landscape of jagged peaks and deep valleys, unite as a remnant of one of the oldest parts of the island of Tenerife in a special way romantic scenes with stunning sea views.
