This house has 165 square meters plot, 120 m2 built on two floors. The living room has double glass sliding door and is furnished. Through the hall you can access to the terrace. It is very bright.
Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, sold furnished and with Fagor appliances except the refrigerator, which is new brand Balay. This kitchen has a water softener and a system of potable water is osmiosis. There is also a closed laundry with washer and dryer.
We have in this house two bathrooms and a servicio.
The master bedroom has a dressing room with good size and very light with window to the outside.
This house is ready to build a loft on the second floor.
Within the precincts of the house is parking for 3 vehicles.
The sea is only 50 meters away, and the first beach is 400 meters.

El Medano is a settlement on the very sunny south coast of Tenerife, part of the district of Granadilla de Abona. The place is known as a surfer's paradise, since winds blow consistently appropriate, and so here traditionally competitions are held in this sport. Furthermore, El Medano is connected over short distances via the Southern Motorway with the other coastal towns in the south, such as Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos with the ferry harbour, the golf courses of Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf and the south airport Reina Sofía, and due to El Medano’s location east of the airport also the capital of the Island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is not far.
