Detached single-storey villa surrounded by a private garden. Located in a quiet residential area just five minutes drive from La Orotava downtown. The villa has 500 square metre plot, of which 170 square metres correspond to floor area. The rest is greens, mainly lawn and terraces.

There is also space for three vehicles. The whole plot is walled, which makes it a totally private and secure house.

The living-room measures 25 square meters. It is fitted with wooden parquet floors, like most of the rest of the house, and it has large windows overlooking the garden, which ensure continuous light throughout the day.

The 3 bedrooms face outwards and are fitted with double glazed windows. Two of them also have fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, and it is tastefully decorated. All the appliances work perfectly. The kitchen also faces the exterior, as the rest of the house, and it is very bright.

La Orotava, above Puerto de la Cruz, is located in the cradle of Spanish history in Tenerife.
