La Quinta is a quiet area of Santa Úrsula , where you will found this charming semi-detached house. It is surrounded by manicured gardens and green races. The house has a, large garage with two parking spaces. In the same area you can find a separate laundry and a storeroom. Through a private entrance you will succeed directly into the house. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and a refrigerator and has a small pantry. The spacious living room offers a beautiful view of the garden and the communal pool. In the front of the living room you reach the 20 m2 terrace.

On the first floor there are three bright bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. A balcony, in the front of the two smaller bedrooms, offers a beautiful view of the garden. Santa Ursula is a nice quiet place in the sunniest part of the north coast of Tenerife, which has some historical buildings and a typical Plaza, as you'd expect in the Canaries in an idyllic location. Cozy restaurants and shops offer a pleasant atmosphere combined with the proximity to Puerto de la Cruz as the main center of the north coast.

Santa Ursula is famous for its excellent wines, which thrive admirably on the slopes above the village, but especially for the districts of Vista Paraiso and La Quinta, which are among the most sought after locations in Tenerife. Located at a high cliff, offer both exclusive villas as well as the good hotels fantastic views of the coast and Puerto de la Cruz and unforgettable sunsets.

The nearest beach is Playa Bolullo, which often is described as the most beautiful of Tenerife.
