Duplex close to the beach in El Medano

Details:
It´s a nice boungalow in playa La Tejita. The living room is fully furnished and is very bright. From the living room you can access a very cozy terrace from which to see the gardens of the area which has table and wicker chairs illuminated by a lamp hanging from the ceiling. There is also a bathroom .
The kitchen has furniture and appliances from Fagor. There is a window to the outside and gives good light. The kitchen units are white.
On the second floor of the house is accessed by wooden stairs. It is a convenient staircase with steps large.
There are three bedrooms, all with a window to the outside and fitted wardrobes in each. These rooms are nicely decorated. There on the second floor is another bathroom.
The garage of the house is on the bottom, which is accessed from the home for short staircase. It has an electric gate and parking for one vehicle. There are also on the floor of the house an area with a mini bar and bathroom.
The pool is large and has a sun bathing area is also a tennis court.

El Medano is a settlement on the very sunny south coast of Tenerife, part of the district of Granadilla de Abona. The place is known as a surfer's paradise, since winds blow consistently appropriate, and so here traditionally competitions are held in this sport. But also for sun and swimming in the sea El Medano offers a wonderful setting: West of the town are the most extensive natural sand beaches in Tenerife. Playa del Medano covers about 3 km from El Medano to the Montaña Roja, a reddish volcanic rock that stands as a natural monument under special protection. Behind it lies the Playa de la Tejita, inviting also to romantic walks at the atlantic ocean. The growing site itself offers restaurants, shops and hotels, so that there is infrastructure for the daily needs and tourism. Nevertheless, El Medano has kept a special atmosphere to this day, which integrates international influences in the Canarian culture. The beautiful mountains in the Teide National Park are reached by Granadilla de Abona and the mountain village Vilaflor. Furthermore, El Medano is connected over short distances via the Southern Motorway with the other coastal towns in the south, such as Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos with the ferry harbour, the golf courses of Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf and the south airport Reina Sofía, and due to El Medano’s location east of the airport also the capital of the Island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is not far.
