Nice house in quiet area of La Victoria

This beautiful villa is located in second sea line, in the coveted small and quiet village of La Palmita on the wild cliffs of La Victoria de Acentejo. It offers sea view and a stunning view of the volcano Teide. The garden of the plot, which is about 500 square meters, contains mango trees and other interesting plants.

The chalet's spacious living room has high beamed ceilings and a fireplace crafted from lava stone. The living room as well as the bedrooms have electrical marble slab heaters. Adjacent to the living room is a smaller room that can serve as a dining room or as a small bedroom for one person. The two other bedrooms each have a bathroom with tub, one ensuite and with shower. The kitchen containing a pass through is equipped with gas, while the hot water fot the bathrooms is prepared thermoelectrically.

In front of the living room and facing one of the bedrooms is a terrace each. The first terrace lies in a protected corner of the house and has a special flair created through mosaics and a small fountain. The other terrace is separated from the bedroom by sliding glass doors and is covered and equipped with awnings. Therefore it is possible to sit outside in any kind of weather. Accessible from outside the building also has a tool shed for the management of the garden.

The house also includes a garage and a co-owner ship of a large common pool of the settlement, which is alltogether a dead end, without any through traffic. Nevertheless La Palmita has a short connection to the highway and Puerto de la Cruz therefore is only about 10 minutes drive away.

La Victoria de Acentejo is nestled in a lush green landscape, with its rich vegetation, characterized also by fruit and vegetable growing and it still shows an original flair with its Canary houses and diet. In many places, you can enjoy a wide view over the Atlantic Ocean.

The place has a privileged location on Tenerife's beautiful north coast. On the mountain slopes, we find excellent wine, which is supplied with water by the rising air masses in the hills further above. On the other hand, the place is far enough from both the afternoon clouds Jam at the Teide in the West and the Anaga mountains to the east and so right in the sunniest part of the North.

This is particularly true for the villas of the settlement of La Palmita directly and exclusively located on the cliffs of the Protegido Paisaje de Costa de Acentejo which otherwise is protected from further development . La Victoria de Acentejo offers all the convenient facilities for daily needs such as bars and restaurants, shops, a small market, offers sporting activities, etc. For the big shopping - in addition to supermarkets in neighboring Santa Ursula - at just 10 km we have Puerto de la Cruz as the center in the north . Even just a few minutes by car, before Puerto de la Cruz, there is the wide, sandy beach of Playa Bolullo, which is bordered by a picturesque rocky bay and certainly one of the finest swimming facilities on the island.
