In the comfortable, spacious complex of Residencia Maritim, on the border to Puerto de la Cruz, this studio is located in first line to the Atlantic Ocean. It opens up a broad view over the sea and the romantic rocky bay of Los Roques. Through a newly built road there is a direct connection - past the famous Loro Park - to the beaches of Playa Jardín and the center of Puerto de la Cruz.

The studio has a spacious living and dining area and a harmoniously integrated and yet separate kitchen. During the day, two foldaway beds and a sofa-bed disappear in a skillful manner. Prior to the living room the covered terrace with panoramic views is situated. On the backside are the corridor and the adjoining bathroom with shower.

The Residencia Maritim has a doorman, additional staff provides security, cleaning and garden care. In the large terrain belonging to the joint management, four swimming pools, tennis courts, sauna, gym and massage room are integrated in park-like gardens. Depending on the use of these extensive benefits and opportunities, the monthly fee is about 82 to 105 euros per month. In the two-story garage there is the opportunity to purchase a parking space.

Location & surrounding area:
Los Realejos is bordered to the west of Puerto de la Cruz. The community stretches from the Atlantic Ocean up to the slopes. A pristine cliff has five beach bays, from west to east these are Los Roques (among other things, a natural rock bridge in the sea), La Fajana, Castro, El Socorro and La Grimona. In particular, the beach of El Socorro is used by both locals and tourists with good grace, for bathing or even especially for surfing.

The best locations for villas and chalets can be found firstly in Rambla del Mar and in the settlements La Romántica I and II, between load paths in the Protegido Paisaje de la Rambla de Castro directly at the cliffs to explore the virtually picturesque and historically dominated landscape that goes back to one of the first great mansions of Tenerife. This is one of several protected natural areas, which Los Realejos has preserved to this day.

In the districts La Longuera and El Toscal above La Romántica as well as in the core of the community around Realejo Alto we find all the shops and amenities of daily use. From the vantage points of high places, some of them fitted with restaurants, there are spectacular views to Puerto de la Cruz and the north coast of Tenerife, enjoyed in particular by hang-glider pilots starting from Las Coronas.
