This house in San Eugenio Alto is fitted with panoramic views of the Costa Adeje and over to the neighboring island of La Gomera (and with appropriate visibility even El Hierro). Located in the lower part of the settlement, it is a hand off the tourist track, but offers a quick access to the highway and the opportunity to stroll to the beaches on foot.The sea facing living / dining room with adjoining kitchen, which is discreetly separated by a bar from the living area, is surrounded on two sides by terraces. The terrace outside the living room is equipped for hot for days with a shady pergola. The large bedroom if required can easily return tothe previous state, as the chalet on the ground floor had two smaller bedrooms. The bathroom with toilet and shower has a clever addition in a further shower room / WC in an annex in the garden, also usable as a good guest bathroom to the second bedroom. Adeje includes numerous popular settlements on the southwest coast of Tenerife, which are known in their entirety and together with the local coastline as Costa Adeje.
